01 · SHIPPING
We currently accept Canadian shipping addresses. Standard shipping is $15 CAD and is free when the product subtotal reaches $100 CAD. The expected delivery window shown at checkout is 3–8 business days after fulfilment; remote destinations and carrier interruptions may take longer.
02 · RETURNS
For hygiene and safety, opened or used personal-care products cannot normally be returned. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, email info@skafe.ca promptly with the order email, receipt number and clear photos. Eligibility is reviewed before a return is authorized.
03 · PRIVACY
Stripe processes payment details on its secure checkout. Skafe Canada receives the customer, contact, shipping and order information needed to fulfil and support the purchase. Card numbers are not stored by this website.
Customer profiles are optional. When you create one, Skafe Canada securely stores your email, protected password record, saved contact and Canadian shipping details, and purchase history so you can manage and reorder products. Guest checkout remains available.
04 · TERMS
Prices are in Canadian dollars before applicable GST/HST. Stripe calculates tax from the Canadian shipping address and shows it before payment. Product availability is confirmed at checkout. Read all package directions, ingredient lists and warnings before use. Product names shown from supplied packaging do not represent medical or therapeutic claims.
