Which Skafe line should I choose?
Keraform is everyday wash-day care for all hair types — shampoos, conditioners and masks. Keramax is intensive keratin reconstruction for damaged or chemically treated hair. Natutrat brings nature-inspired oils, tonics and targeted treatments. Skafe Treatment ampoules are single-dose concentrates you add when your hair needs a boost. The routine finder can suggest a starting point.
Are these authentic Skafe products?
Yes. Skafe Canada sells genuine Skafe products made in Brazil, imported for Canadian customers and priced in Canadian dollars.
Where do you ship and how long does it take?
We ship to addresses in Canada. Standard shipping is $15 CAD, free on orders of $100 CAD or more. Delivery usually takes 3–8 business days after your order is packed; remote areas can take longer.
Will I pay duties or customs fees?
Orders ship to Canadian addresses only, and prices are shown in CAD. Applicable GST/HST is calculated from your shipping address and shown before you pay.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on this website. If you have a promotion code, enter it at checkout.
Can I return a product?
For hygiene and safety, opened or change-of-mind returns aren't accepted. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or defective, email info@skafe.ca promptly with your order email, receipt number and photos, and we'll make it right.
Do I need an account to order?
No — guest checkout is always available. A free customer profile keeps your order history, makes reordering one click, and lets you save your shipping details.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships we email you the tracking number. Signed-in customers can also see order status on their account page.
How often can I use an ampoule or tonic?
It depends on the product. Always follow the directions and frequency printed on each package.
